Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your Hi, Beautifulsoul purchase you may return it to for a full refund (less shipping fees) or an exchange (less shipping fees). You must call for a return authorization number prior to returning merchandise.   Returns and exchanges for online orders only are accepted on merchandise within 10 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. All sale items are final sale. All returned items should be sent back fully insured by USPS.  All shipping for returns/exchanges will be paid by the customer.  Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
